Upon an initiative taken by the current president, Giovanni Bergozza,, Industrie Meccaniche OFB was born in 1965.
1980 the merger between OFB and Bergi took place resulting in the transformation to a single company; Industrie Meccaniche Bergi OFB spa.
In the year 2000 the Bergozza family acquired Costruzioni Meccaniche PIZZOLATO Massimiliano srl, a company established in 1945 by the eponymous constructor. Pizzolato specialised in the construction of special machines for the conversion of paper from roll. The high level of recognition of this company over a period of fifty years, coupled with the enthusiasm of the new staff introduced by Bergi, has already brought about higher results after the first year of the new acquisition's activity.
Pizzolato s.r.l. designs, produces and installs paper and cardboard-processing machines. All equipment constructed with original Pizzolato s.r.l. specifications as well as according customer`s requirements.
Today Pizzolato s.r.l. proposes a wide variety of models with different technical specifications and sizes. Cutting machines, rotary cutting machines, synchronized cutting machines, web mounting and packing equipment.
